Online Coaching & Training Programs: 

Level 1 – The Program 

Cost: $85.00/4 weeks

Level 1 online training programs include 3-6 scheduled training sessions (based on training availability/goals) per week with access to the online exercise resource library for form and technique purposes. All programs are shared using our google drive account where feedback and communication will be given based on weekly progress. An online video or in person consultation must be completed prior to starting this program.

Level 2 – The Program + Coaching 

Cost: $120.00/4 weeks

Level 2 online training programs include 3-6 scheduled training sessions (based on training availability/goals), access to the online exercise resource library for technique/form purposes, coaching using the following communication tools: email, social media, text message, and video on a weekly basis. All programs are shared using the RTBP google drive account and participants will be able to see live updates upon the completion of each training week. Adjustments will be made based on the results input from the client/athlete each week.

Level 3 – Powerlifting & Performance Training 

Cost: $160.00/4 weeks

Level 3 online training programs are designed for clients/athletes who are looking to compete and take their training to the next level. Programs include 3-6 scheduled training sessions (based on training availability/goals), access to the online exercise resource library for technique/form purposes, coaching using the following communication tools: email, social media, text message, and video on a weekly basis. Additionally, Level 3 clients/athletes will receive testing/evaluations as needed. Cycles range between 4-16 weeks based on competition schedule. Adjustments will be made as needed based on feedback, stress management, schedule changes, and results of each micro and macro cycles.
