Online Coaching & Training Programs:
Session rates range from $100.00 – $160.00/month and depend on how in depth the program needs to be to ensure you receive the results you are looking for.
ALL Programs include:
- 1 on 1 video consultations
- Program survey and questionnaire for program development purposes.
- Programs are 4-12 weeks in length
- Weekly program evaluations and updates will be done and communicated through the shared drive.
- Each week will include 3-5 Workouts
- Google video, weekly emails, and phone communication is available to ensure continued smart progress and understanding of the program outline and expected completion.
