  • Individual – $600/4 Weeks (Up to 5 sessions per week)
  • Small Group – $850/4 Weeks (Up to 5 sessions per week)

Individual Performance & Strength Development Sessions:

Initial Consultation is FREE!

  • 1 Session/week @ $75.00/session
  • 2 Sessions/ week @ $65.00/session
  • 3 Sessions/week @ $55/session

Homework & Additional Services Included:

  • Includes 1-3 additional workouts that can be done in the comfort of your own home or gym.
  • Workouts are personalized to fit the goals of the client and compliment what we do together during in-person sessions.
  • Homework is shared through a shared drive between the client and the trainer with live updates.
  • Weekly updates and tweaks are made to fit the progress of the client.
  • Google video, weekly emails, and phone communication is available to ensure continued progress and understanding of the program outline and expected completion.

Small Group Performance & Strength Development Sessions:

Initial Consultation is FREE!

1 session/week –

  • 2 Clients @ $100.00/session – $400.00/4 weeks (200/person)
  • 3 Clients @ $110.00/session – $440.00/4 weeks (146/person)
  • 4 Clients @ $120.00/session – $480.00/4 weeks (120/person)

2 sessions/week –Recommended

  • 2 Clients @ $95.00/session – $760.00/4 weeks (380/person)
  • 3 Clients @ $105.00/session – $840.00/4 weeks (280/person)
  • 4 Clients @ $115.00/session – $920.00/4 weeks (230/person)

3 sessions/week – Most results

  • 2 Clients @ $90.00/session – $1,080.00/4 weeks (540/person)
  • 3 Clients @ $100.00/session – $1,200.00/4 weeks (400/person)
  • 4 Clients @ $110.00/session – $1,320.00/4 weeks (330/person)
