Performance & Strength Development Sessions (In Person):

Initial Consultation is FREE!

  • 1 Session/week @ $75.00/session ($80.00 if homework is requested -recommended)
  • 2 Sessions/ week @ $65.00/session ($70.00 if homework is requested – recommended)
  • 3 Sessions/week @ $55/session (Homework is included)
  • Group rates are also available and can included up to 4 people!

Homework & Additional Services Included:

  • Includes 1-3 additional workouts that can be done in the comfort of your own home or gym.
  • Workouts are personalized to fit the goals of the client and compliment what we do together during in-person sessions.
  • Homework is shared through a shared drive between the client and the trainer with live updates.
  • Weekly updates and tweaks are made to fit the progress of the client.
  • Google video, weekly emails, and phone communication is available to ensure continued progress and understanding of the program outline and expected completion.

Performance & Strength Development (ONLINE)

Session rates range from $100.00 – $160.00/month and depend on how in depth the program needs to be to ensure you receive the results you are looking for.

Programs include:

  • 1 on 1 video consultations
  • Program survey and questionnaire for program development purposes.
  • Programs are 4-12 weeks in length
  • Weekly program evaluations and updates will be done and communicated through the shared drive.
  • Each week will include 1-4 workouts.
  • Google video, weekly emails, and phone communication is available to ensure continued smart progress and understanding of the program outline and expected completion.
